Information and declaration of consent
I have read and reviewed the Privacy Notice on the Protection and Processing of Personal Data provided to me.
As explained in detail in the Privacy Notice, with regard to optional marketing and commercial communication activities outside the scope of the direct performance of the cargo service and the fulfilment of legal obligations;
I give / do not give my explicit consent to the processing of my name, surname, phone number and email address by KGS GLOBAL E-TİCARET SAN. LTD. ŞTİ. for the purposes of informing me about general and special campaigns, promotions, price discounts, newsletters, surveys and customer satisfaction research relating to the international cargo, logistics and transport services it offers and of carrying out analyses aimed at improving its services, and to the sending of commercial electronic messages to me for these purposes via SMS, phone calls, email and similar electronic communication channels.
This declaration of explicit consent may be given entirely of your own free will; not giving consent will in no way affect the cargo, customs clearance and transport services you receive from our Company. Even if you have consented to receiving commercial messages, you reserve the right to withdraw your consent at any time without giving any reason.
How to give or withdraw your consent
You can give your consent by ticking the optional checkbox that links to this notice in the forms on our website; if you leave the box unticked, you have not given consent. To withdraw your consent, you can write to operasyon@cargonet.com.tr.
